The Unsinkable Molly Brown (Musical)

The Unsinkable Molly Brown is the title of a musical that has the fate of the Titanic survivors and women's rights activist Molly Brown on the subject.

Action

Time and Place: America and France in the early 20th century. Molly Tobin, a poor girl of Irish descent, leaves her home in Missouri in search of the American dream. In Colorado, she meets a mountain man and future husband Johnny Brown. The dreamed-of riches sets in, when Johnny discovered one of the largest silver mines in the country. The connection to the upper class of Denver fails the uneducated couple though. To raise the social and cultural level, move the two over to Europe; Molly performs in Paris salon, the audience has of noble home, but the rejection of Denverer bourgeoisie can not forget. The she successfully presented then in a home leave their new social intercourse until Johnny's sub-layers friends show up. Then Johnny and Molly separate - he stays in America, she returned to France.
