The Uptown Residences

The Uptown Residences is a high residential building with approximately 158 meters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The building is located in the 35 Balmuto Street, south of Bloor Street. It was built by the Pemberton Group and designed by Burka Architects Varacalli. It has 305 units on 48 floors. The exterior paint was designed light gray and postmodern. In addition to the condos are a fitness and wellness facilities, a virtual golf room, as well as banquet and party rooms in the building.
