Théâtre Saint-Denis

The Théâtre Saint- Denis is a theater in Montreal. It is located on the 1594 Rue Saint -Denis in the Latin Quarter.

In the 1915 built building was located first several decades the largest cinema in the city. In 1980 there was a realignment and a specialization in performing arts. Since then, here musicals, plays, concerts and comedy programs are listed in French and English. The theater is one of the main venues of the Festival Juste pour rire comedy.

The building was completely renovated in 1998. It contains two rooms, the Théâtre St- Denis 1 with 2218 seats and the Théâtre St- Denis 2 with 933 seats.
