Theo Colborn
Theo Colborn (* 1927) is a professor of zoology at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Your work area are endocrine disruptors and their effects on health. Colborn is Founder and President of The Endocrine Disruption Exchange organization ( TEDx ).
Our Stolen Future Your book, which she co-authored with Dianne Dumanoski and J. Peterson Myers, has appeared in 18 languages. In the documentary Underkastelsen Colborn referred to the threat posed by endocrine disruptors risk as greater threat than the consequences of climate change.
Awards
In addition to several other awards Colborn has been awarded in 1999, the Rachel Carson Prize.
