Three Drives
Three Drives (also: 3 Drives on a vinyl ) is the joint musical project of two Dutch DJs Erik de Koning (DJ Enrico ) and Ton van Empel (DJ Ton TB). Both managed in the late 1990s with the track Greece 2000, a classic of the Dream House.
Koning and Empel produced the recording in 1998. Puts you largely built on a sample of the tracks Chinatown Italian Disco Band Cruisin 'Gang of 1984. The production being initially by European clubs. In early 1999 released the label Hooj Choons the British dance track as a single, which then rose to number 12 in the British pop charts. From Greece in 2000 produced numerous remixes that were released under different names: Turkey 2000 USA 2000, France 2000, Italy 2000, Germany 2000, UK 2000.
In the following years the two DJs landed another chart success. In addition, about a dozen remixes created for other DJs, including Mark van Dale, Yves Deruyter and Blank & Jones.
