Thrustmaster

Thrustmaster is a U.S. based company that has specialized since the early 1990s on, joysticks and throttle for personal computers, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 to produce.

The products were well received by the large fan base in the 1990s of PC flight simulators. With the models Thrusmaster T1 and T2 ( with pedals ) the company in 1996 was a pioneer in the field of PC steering wheels for racing games.

1999 Thrustmaster was taken over by the Guillemot Corporation, which meant also an opening for the mass market and thus a different product strategy. The only throwback to the earlier days of the hardware forging is called the Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar, which is to buy at prices around the 250 euro and is in accordance with its name from a joystick and separate throttle.
