Thunderstone is a card game by Mike Elliott, published at Alderac Entertainment Group, 2009. Since 2010, a German version will be appearing at Pegasus Games, now exist for the multiple extensions. The game won several awards.

Game equipment

Thunderstone is a card game with fantasy motifs, in which players select their deck during the game itself. The game mechanism is similar to the card game Dominion, which was 2009 game of the year. The basic game contains 580 cards with illustrations by Jason Engle on which heroes, monsters, weapons, or other objects are mapped. More maps are available for experience points, disease and the eponymous thunder stone. Game History

Preparation
