Tien-Fong Cheng
Cheng Tian Fang (Chinese程 天放, Pinyin Chéng Tiānfàng; born February 22, 1899 in Hangzhou, Chinese Empire, † November 29, 1967 in New York City ) was a Chinese diplomat and politician.
Life
From 1936 to 1938 Cheng Tian Fang was ambassador in Berlin.
From 1939 to 1943 he was dean of the National Chengchi University. Cheng Tien- fong was the representative of Chiang Kai- shek at UNESCO. From 1950 to 1954 he was Minister of Education in Taipei.
