Tim Biskup

Tim Biskup (born 1967 in Los Angeles ) is an American artist of fine art and publisher.

Since the mid-eighties he continuously published limited editions of art prints, clothing, designer toys, books, and more. He has among others worked with artists such as Mark Ryden and Gary Baseman and organized art auctions and exhibitions. His high standing in the course drawings and sculptures are exhibited around the world, including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Kyoto and Melbourne.

In September 2004, Biskup opened his own gallery called " Bispop " in the center of Pasadena. The artist lives and works in California.

His style is inspired by the modern design from the mid 20th century, mixed with a healthy dose of punk rock. Known Urban Vinyl figures by Tim Biskup are the helper or the Totem Pals. He has also participated in various designer toy series such as Dunny or Qee.
