The hydropower plant Manuel Piar (or Tocoma Dam ) is the Río Caroní in Venezuela under construction. It is the last planned hydroelectric power plant at the lower Caroní. The project includes the expansion of 2160 MW and an average annual energy production of 12,100 GWh. Serve ten Kaplan turbines and generators, each with 216 MW rated power, which are supplied by the Argentine IMPSA. They should go into operation between 2012 and 2014.

The shut-off consists of three sections: a 360 m long gravity dam as the main building, a 1800 m long rockfill dam and a 3800 m long CFR Dam, along 5960 m.

The hydraulic fall height is 34.65 m.
