Action

The master thief Harlan Banks ( Steven Seagal ) to distribute a share of the spoils to the needy. He wants to stop after the last coup. Banks is betrayed and arrested by his accomplices. In prison, he meets Ice Cool, with whom he breaks out together to take revenge.

David Nusair wrote, none of the many films released after 2000 with Steven Seagal is good. They would vary between mediocre and terrible, this film belong to the first category. He was like the other terrible routine and predictable. You see him at the low budget.

Comments

The film was shot in Las Vegas and in Bulgaria. Between Seagal and the producers there was a dispute in which Seagal lack of labor or unauthorized script changes have been accused.
