Toksook Bay, in the language of the indigenous population, the Yupik: Nanakauyaq, is a city on Nelson Iceland in the Yukon - Kuskokwim Delta in western Alaska.

Toksook Bay was founded in 1964 by residents of the nearby town of Nightmute on the coast of the Bering Sea.

Toksook Bay had the Census of the United States in 2010 590 inhabitants and was the largest settlement on the island. The airport has the IATA code OOK.

The population of Toksook Bay was in 2000 to almost 95 % from the Central Alaskan Yupik language speaking Yupik, which are among the native peoples of Alaska. They lived in 2000 in 110 houses. The inhabitants lived mainly on subsistence agriculture such as fish and seal hunting, of which slightly more than a quarter below the poverty line.
