Tokyo High Court

The Supreme Court of Tokyo (Japanese东京 高等 裁判 所, Tōkyō Kōtō saibansho, in short:东京 高 裁, Tōkyō Kosai ) is a Japanese Supreme Court in Kasumigaseki, a district of Tokyo's Chiyoda district. On 1 April 2005 the High Court of Intellectual Property was established as a branch point for questions relating to intellectual property.
