Tolofona (Greek Τολοφώνα (f. pl. ) ) Is a Greek village on the Gulf of Corinth with around 300 inhabitants.

Tolofona was from 1912 rural community ( kinotita ), from 1997, after the incorporation of numerous neighboring villages municipality ( dimos ) with about 3,000 residents in the prefecture of Phocis. With the administrative reform of 2010, this church went up in the newly created municipality Dorida in which it has since the village Tolofona forms in the same district.

In the area of the municipality Tolofona there are also four islands: Trizonia, Prasoudi, Agios Nikolaos and Agios Ioannis, all located in the Gulf of Corinth. Only the island Trizonia is permanently inhabited.

The population of the municipality increased slightly between the two censuses in 1991 and 2001.
