Tom Christiansen
Tom Christiansen ( born February 3, 1956) is a Norwegian ski jumper.
Career
Christiansen, who started for the Aarvoll IL, played in the World Cup season 1979/80 more jumping. There were his only jumping at international level. His first jump he graduated on February 9, 1980 at the French Saint- Nizier. When jumping on the large hill, he finished 6th place. The second competition on the following day he was able to win and so was the first and only time in his career on the podium. In the next two World Cup competitions in the Swiss resorts of St. Moritz and Gstaad he could only achieve 13th and 14th place respectively. At the end of the season he was standing with 40 points at No. 27 in the World Cup overall standings.
