Tommy Mollet

Tommy Mollet ( born March 29, 1979 in Tilburg ) is a Dutch Taekwondo. It starts in the light and welterweight.

His first success won Mollet with the European Junior Championship title in 1998. In the adult area he won since 2002 in five European championships in a row a medal in 2002 in Samsun and 2004 in Lillehammer bronze, 2005 in Riga silver and 2006 in Bonn and 2008 in Rome again bronze. The most successful World Cup denied Mollet, 2007 in Beijing, where he entered the semi-finals and won bronze. After several title fights, in which Mollet retired early, he returned at the European Championships 2012 in Manchester on track back and won a bronze medal. Mollet was launched for the first time in the weight category up to 80 kilograms.

Mollet reached in January 2012 at the European Olympic qualifying tournament in Kazan in the weight category up to 80 kilograms, the final and qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
