The Tönsheider Forest is a nature reserve near the village Aukrug west of Neumünster in Schleswig -Holstein.

In the total of 136 acres of woodland in the grounds of the clinic Aukrug in the eastern part are 61 hectares under protection. In the nature reserve are larger near-natural forest areas interspersed with heaths and the headwaters and the upper reaches of the Sellbek.
