Topher Grace

Christopher John " Topher " Grace [ ˌ tɔ ˑ. Fɐ.ɡɹæɪ ː s] ( born July 12, 1978 in New York City ) is an American actor who is best known for the role of Eric Forman on the sitcom The wild seventies.

Life

Topher Grace was born the son of John and Patricia Grace in New York City, but grew up in Darien, Connecticut. In Massachusetts, where he went to school, he began acting in high school musicals. Because he did not like called " Chris ", he was renamed during the school days in " Topher ". He then attended the prestigious Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and the University of Southern California. In 1998 he left the university because it was occupied by Bonnie and Terry Turner for their sitcom The wild seventies. Since her daughter had gone to the same high school as Grace, she became aware of him when he played the lead role in the play A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum for the school.
