Torq-Set

Torq-Set is a screw drive which was developed for torque- critical applications, and is used in the aerospace industries. It is similar to a Phillips screw, four edges, but these are offset asymmetrically so that the forces upon tightening act perpendicularly on the edges. Opening with a conventional Phillips screwdriver is not possible, so he is partly used as a safety screw on consumer devices.
