Tour of Chongming Island

The Tour of Chongming Iceland is a Chinese race for women, which has been held since 2007. The race is named after its venue, the island of Chongming Dao, named, which is within the urban area of ​​Shanghai.

The competition comprises two individual races: a stage race in the UCI category 2.1, consisting of three days sections, each of which is about 70 kilometers long, and the subsequent one-day race Tour of Chongming Iceland World Cup, which since 2010 belongs to the cycling World Cup of Women. The one-day race to replace an individual time trial, which was held in previous years.
