Tour of Japan

The Tour of Japan (Japaneseツアー·オブ·ジャパン, Tsuā obu Japan), in short: TOJ, is a bike race in Japan. The small tour in around seven stages across the country. Since 1996, the race will take place regularly. In 2003, no discharge took place due to the SARS threat. 2011, the race was canceled due to the natural disaster in Japan. On behalf of the organizers, it was said that the need for the race infrastructure was destroyed. The race is part of the UCI Asia Tour and has the 2.2 category.
