Tours de Levallois

The Tours de Levallois are a real estate project in Levallois, a suburb of Paris. The two planned office towers should be 164 meters high and provide 80,000 sqm of office space on 38 floors. In addition to its own luxury hotel, restaurant, swimming pool, wellness center also has a parking garage for more than 1,500 cars was planned.

2007 failed a first implementation of the project by the Spanish contractor Fadesa Inmobiliaria.

As a new investor for the numbered over one billion euro cost of building the Saudi- Austrian businessman Mohamed Bin Issa Al Jaber was presented in the summer of 2008. The project should now be completed by the end of 2012, the work was however discontinued after defaulting payments. The Semarelp group were awarded 20 million euros in damages in the following litigation.

In spring 2011, investors were again searched for the failed project. With a completion is expected not before 2014.
