Tracy Pollan
Tracy Jo Pollan ( born June 22, 1960 in Long Iceland, New York ) is an American actress. She became famous by the sitcom Family Ties in which she appeared from 1985 to 1987.
Her acting career began Pollan about 1980 on various theater stages and later played on Broadway. Until 1983, she moved in front of the camera with a supporting role in Baby It's You. Best known it was on the side of Michael J. Fox in the series Family Ties (1985 to 1987) and the feature film The Bright Lights, Big City (1988).
Since their collaboration on this film Pollan is in a relationship with Fox, in 1988 they married. The couple has a son ( Sam 1989), the twin daughters Aquinnah and Schuyler (1995 ) and a third daughter Esme ( 2001). Since the mid- 1990s, Pollan worked because of the birth of their children only rarely as an actress.
1997 and 1999 had each Pollan a guest role in the series Spin City, again. Alongside Michael J. Fox For a further guest appearance in two episodes of Law & Order: New York in 2000, she was nominated for an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress. In the medium series, she appeared in the fifth season.
