Tradeshift

Trade Shift is a social networking platform for businesses, with the replacement of invoices in digital form, so-called Electronic invoicing is possible. The platform was first available in May 2010 and reached in February 2011 companies in 150 countries.

History

Trade Shift was founded by Christian Lanng, Mikkel Hippe Brun and Gert Sylvest 2009. These had previously built the e -business infrastructure NemHandel for the Danish State and are initiators of the EU's PEPPOL project. Skype investor Morten Lund is Chairman of the Board.

The company has been recognized by TechCrunch as Europe's " Best Business or Enterprise Startup 2010".
