Trélazé
Trélazé is a commune in the western department of Maine -et -Loire in the Pays de la Loire. Trélazé part of the arrondissement and canton of Angers Angers- Trélazé.
Geography
Trélazé lies on the River Authion. The community is surrounded by Saint- Barthélémy -d'Anjou in the northwest and north, Brain-sur- l'Authion in the northeast and east, La Daguenière the southeast, Les Ponts -de- Cézanne in the south and southwest, and Angers in the west.
History
Since the 15th century is mined in Trélazé slate; Since the 19th century this led to a boom in the area.
