The Treska is a river in the west of the Republic of Macedonia. The right-hand tributary of the Vardar is 132 km long and its catchment area covers 2350 km ².

The Treska originates at Stogovo Mountain at an altitude of around 2000 meters, and flows eastwards through the valley of Kičevo. In Makedonski Brod turns north, flowing between the mountains of Suva Gora and Karadzica and finally flows into the Vardar in Skopje suburb Gjorce Petrov.

Two reservoirs are located on the Treska for electricity generation: The built 1937 Matkadamm jams on the Matkasee, and built in 2004 Kozjakdamm the Kozjaksee.
