Trofors is a village and also the administrative center of the municipality Grane in Nordland, Norway.

Trofors lies at the confluence of the rivers Austervefsna and Svenningdalselva that make up the large river Vefsna. The village Leiren located about 25 kilometers southeast of Trofors, and Majavatn is located about 45 kilometers south. The 0.93 -square-mile village has 787 inhabitants Trofors (2012 ). The population density is 846 inhabitants per square kilometer.

Furthermore Trofors, located on the road 6 at the intersection with the Riksvei 73, which leads east towards Hattfjelldalen and then to Sweden. Trofors has a train stop in the western part of the village on the Nordlandsbanen.
