Truly is a song by Lionel Richie from 1982, which was written by him and produced by him and James Anthony Carmichael. In the United States and Canada, the ballad became a number -one hit. At the 1983 Grammy Awards the song won in the category Best Male Vocal Performance - Pop ( Best Pop Vocal Performance, Male).

In the song, the protagonist says to his lover how much he loves her and will always be there for them.
