Tsering Shakya

Tsering ( Wangdu ) Shakya ( b. 1959 in Lhasa ) is a Tibetan historian and Tibetologist. After winning a scholarship Tsering Shakya studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies, where he made his BA In 2000 he became Master of Philosophy in Tibetology, 2004, he was with his dissertation The Emergence of Modern Tibetan Literature Since 1950 Ph. D.
