Tsutomu Yamazaki

Tsutomu Yamazaki (Japanese山 﨑 努, Yamazaki Tsutomu, born December 2, 1936 in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture) is a Japanese actor.

Life

After graduating from high school in 1956 Yamazaki began an acting training at the theater group " HAIYU -za ". He made his acting debut in 1960 under the direction of the film Daigaku no Okamoto Kihachi sanzōkutachi before he took part in many other theater and film productions. Akira Kurosawa cast him in 1963 in Tengoku to Jigoku, where he played a nihilistic kidnappers. He joined henceforth frequently in criminal roles; In 1977 he played in Yoshitaro Nomura Yatsuhaka -mura a gunman.
