TSV Buchholz 08

The gymnastics and sports club Buchholz 1908 eV, with its more than 3,600 members of the second largest sports club in Buchholz in der Heide Nord.

History

The club in its present form was created on August 5, 1938 by a merger of MTV ( men Turnverein ) Buchholz of 1908 eV with the book Holzer Sports Club, which was founded in 1921.

Sports

With a wide variety of sports (fitness, football, health sports, gymnastics, handball, hockey, inline skating, jazz dance, children's and youth gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, swimming, dancing, tennis, table tennis, volleyball), especially the youth sports in the foreground the sports facilities.

In 2003, the 08- sports center was completed, so that the possibility was created to exercise many other sports in the club's own premises. It offers a large dance hall and a gym also showers and changing rooms for the football players. Also located on the club's grounds already a tennis house with five tennis courts and a soccer field.

Dance sports department

The dance sports circle in gymnastics and sports club Buchholz of 1908 ( TSK in the TSV Buchholz 1908 ) is the Dance Sport section of the club. The department has over 650 members and provides, inter alia, ballroom dancing ( ballroom and latin ), Children Dancing, Rock ' n' Roll, Oriental dance, jazz dance and show dance and has a competitive dance division. Here, the association offers to pair and formation dancing Latin.

Late information

The club has several Late information. The A-Team danced in the 2013/2014 season in the first Bundesliga Latin.

A-Team

The A-Team of the TSK in the TSV Buchholz 08 occurs since the 2005/2006 season to league tournaments. The team first started out in the national League North and Latin qualified 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 to participate in the promotion tournament to Oberliga Nord Latin. The Aufsteigsturnier in the 2007/2008 season the team was able to win and thus rose to the Oberliga Nord Latin. In the 2008/2009 season, the direct ascent followed in the Regionalliga Nord Latin.

In the seasons 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 the A-Team participated in the ascent tournament for 2nd Bundesliga Latin, which is 2011/2012 won and ascended so to the 2nd Bundesliga. At the end of the 2012/2013 season came with the 2nd place in the 2nd Bundesliga, the direct promotion to the 1st Bundesliga Latin. In the 1st Bundesliga formation labeled with the musical theme "Cello " the 7th Place.

Coach of the A- Team are Uwe Oentrich, Philipp Winnecke and Franziska Becker.

More Late information

The club currently has ( Season 2012/2013 ) on three other late information that participate in league competitions.

The B - team first division in the North Latin, since the 2009/2010 season in the Oberliga Nord Latin occurs since the 2006/2007 season on at tournaments. In the 2013/2014 season, the team in the Regionalliga Nord Latin replaces.

Coach of the B team are Uwe Oentrich, Sonja White and Björn Poll.

The C- Team occurs since the 2008/2009 season to tournaments. It danced 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 in the State League North and Latin since 2010/2011 in the Oberliga Nord Latin. Also, the C- team enters the 2013/2014 season in the Regionalliga Nord Latin.

Coach of the C teams are Sabine Oentrich, Christopher Voigt and Björn Poll.

The D- Team first appeared in the 2009/2010 season to the League competitions in the national league north Latin. In the season 2011/2012 no D team for the TSK in the TSV Buchholz 08 approached.
