The parliamentary elections in Turkey in 1995 were held on Sunday, December 24, 1995 instead. There were the elections to the 20th Grand National Assembly.

The ruling party and the CHP, with their predecessor party, a coalition was formed, suffered a major defeat, they lost together all the 82 seats at the expense of religiously oriented Welfare Party, which had asked the mayor of major cities such as Istanbul already in the last election. After a change in the law there was in parliament to award a total of 550 seats.
