Reviews

The filmdienst ruled: " Aesthetically carefully composed and psychologically complex film that portrays the diversity of feelings and causes can be felt, which makes these people incapable of a lasting relationship. A discourse on the impossibility of absolute love, which is an equally tempting and destructive utopia. "

The time was announced on February 9, 1973: " Very cool and concentrated demonstrates the director in his own estimation, probably the most serious film ' the distance between the two stories, the difference between romantic fiction and bitter biography. It is a very beautiful, very sad film about the fragility of emotions about the slow death of a love. "
