Tyler Brooke
Tyler Brooke, actually Victor Hugo de beers (* June 6, 1886 in New York City, USA, † March 2, 1943 in Los Angeles, California ) was an American film and theater actor.
Life
Tyler Brooke, American- French descent, studied business law and finance. Since 1920 he worked as an actor, first on Broadway, where he played mainly in contemporary pieces, from 1925 also in the film. Brooke played during the silent film era with mostly short films. He also played in a series of films directed by Hal Roach, along with Oliver Hardy and Stan Laurel. Overall, he has been involved in around 90 films.
The actor was married three times. On 2 March 1943 he was in the garage of his house with the engine running gas leak and thus committed suicide.
