Ulriksdal Palace

Geography

History

The castle was built in the years 1643-45 under the name " Jacobsdal " for the Reich Marshal Jacob De la Gardie. In 1684 it was named after a deceased brother of Charles XI. renamed Ulriksdal. The castle was still by Gustav VI. Adolf inhabited.

Confidensen
