Ultimate Spider-Man

The Ultimate Spider -Man ( original: Ultimate Spider -Man ) is a comic book series set on the fictional hero Spider- Man, Marvel Comics published from October 2000 in the United States. The series is a modernized version of Marvel's decades successful Spider-Man series. The plot is set in an alternate universe. Author of the series is Brian Michael Bendis, artist until issue 110 was Mark Bagley, then Stuart Immonen took over as regular artist.

In Germany, the series was after the big crossover series " Ultimatum" "Spider -Man Ultimate" renamed as the American editions in " Ultimate Comics: Spider- Man" continued to run. With the 160th edition of " Ultimate Spider -Man " ended the series with Peter Parker aka Spider-Man's death in the defense of his aunt against his nemesis, the Green Goblin. The series is the new Spider -Man Miles Morales, now also in Germany as:, continued "Ultimate Comics Spider- Man".
