United Nations Security Council Resolution 800

By means of Resolution 800 of the UN Security Council of the UN Security Council decided at its meeting on 8 January 1993 to take up the Slovakia to the United Nations. This resolution presented a recommendation to the General Assembly of the United Nations dar.

The split of Czechoslovakia was preceded in Czech Republic and Slovakia after the fall of the communist regime.

The recommendation to include the Czech Republic to the United Nations, it was decided by the Security Council at the same meeting by Resolution 801.
