The University of International Business and Trade (Chinese对外 经济 贸易 大学/对外 经济 贸易 大学, Pinyin Duìwài Jingji Maoyi Daxue ), known in English-speaking countries as University of International Business and Economics, UIBE, is a university in the People's Republic of China. It is located in Beijing's Chaoyang District. Currently studying at the University of International Business and Trade approximately 12,400 students, of which 2,400 are international students.
History
The University of International Business and Trade was founded in 1951 as " Beijing College of Foreign Trade ". The UIBE is typically listed after the "China education ministry and independent education evaluation system" as a top 1 or 2 from 200 Chinese universities in the fields of Economics, Finance, and International Business. The Business School, also called " International Business School " is listed after the "Forbes Magazine's China 's Business School Ranking 2012" among the top 5 business schools in China.
