The University of the Nations ( UofN ) is a Christian university in Kailua on the island of Hawaii. The university is represented in 600 locations in 142 countries with campus offices and offers courses in over 100 languages. The University of the Nations operates under the umbrella organization of the Youth with a Mission ( YWAM ).
History
The institute was founded in 1978 in Kailua as Pacific & Asia Christian University ( PACU ) Howard and Loren Cunningham Malmstadt.
Education
The UofN offers associate 's degrees, bachelor 's degrees, diplomas and master's degrees from the seven universities. These institutions include the universities of the arts and sports, the College of Christian Ministries, College of Communication, University of Consulting and Health Care, College of Education, College of Humanities and International Studies and the College of Science and Technology.
Accreditation
The private University of the Nations is not accredited. The courses are not recognized due to lack of accreditation, by most authorities and countries. Only the Australian system of higher education and vocational training, considered the UofN as an accredited training institution.
