Urey (crater)

Urey is a lunar crater on the eastern limb of the Moon front page and therefore, if at all, only highly distorted visible. It is located northwest of the crater Lyapunov and southwest of Rayleigh. The rim is irregular, the Wall has grooves and landslides and the interior a central mountain on.

Before the International Astronomical Union has changed its name, the crater was referred to as Rayleigh A.
