Ursula Knab

Ursula " Ulla " Knab, married Schlicksupp (from 1953) ( born November 22, 1929 in Heidelberg, † May 23, 1989 in Karlsruhe ) was a German track and field athlete and Olympic medal winner.

The then starting for USC Heidelberg Ursula Knab won third place in the 100 - meter race at the German Championships in 1951. In the XV. Summer Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, she won the relay silver medal along with her colleagues Maria Sander, Helga Klein and Marga Petersen, behind the team from the USA and ahead of the team from the UK.
