The USS Boston ( SSN -703 ) was a nuclear submarine of the United States Navy and was among the Los Angeles - class. Patron saint for she was the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

History

SSN -703 was given in 1973 at Electric Boat in order and there was laid in August 1978 to Kiel. In dry dock the Boston spent 20 months you launch took place on 19 April 1980. End of January 1982, the submarine was finally officially in service.
