UTF-1

UTF -1 was the first UCS Transformation Format for Unicode and ISO 10646 was published in 1993 and G of the original version of ISO 10646 in the appendix, however, is no longer part of this standard. UTF- 1 is based on ISO 2022 and has never been enforced.
