Valbo
Valbo is a place ( tätort ) in the Swedish province of Gävleborg and the historic province Gastrikland. The 6,911 inhabitants village is located in the municipality of Gavle, close to the main town of Gävle.
In the village the Swedish whiskey distillery Mackmyra Svensk Whisky is established.

Valbo kyrka
The Valbo kyrka is probably the oldest church in Gastrikland. The first stone foundation dates from the 11th century and was discovered during the restoration of the church 1955-1956.
