The Valgejõgi (translated: " White River " ) is a river in the northern part of Estonia. Its length is 85 km, its catchment area 453 km ².

The river rises in the lake on the ridge Porkuni Pandivere. It ends at Loksa in the Bay of Hara in the Gulf of Finland.

The river is especially famous for its abundance of fish ( trout and salmon ).

In Valgejõgi is also the waterfall of Nõmmeveski (Estonian: Nõmmeveski juga ), formerly a hydroelectric plant was at the. Today the river is still used by the village Kotka to generate electricity.
