The VEB Klingenthaler Harmonikawerke ( KHW ) was a company based in Klingenthal in the Vogtland music angle, which was the main producer of accordions, harmonicas and electronic musical instruments in the GDR.

History

The VEB Klingenthaler Harmonikawerke was founded on January 1, 1949 through the combination of several private companies (for example, the company FA Rauner ). 125 578 accordions were made early in 1961, there have been exported to more than 40 countries.
