Veliki Tabor Castle

The castle Big Tabor, (or Croat degree Veliki Tabor ) is located in northwest Croatia near the place Desinić. Veliki Tabor has been classified by UNESCO as the highest monument category

The oldest parts of the castle date from the 12th century. Its present appearance of the castle in the 16th century. Veliki Tabor is now owned by the state and serves as a museum and tourist destination.
