The Rivière Vermillon is a right tributary of the Rivière Saint- Maurice in the Mauricie and Lanaudière administrative region in the Canadian province of Québec.

The river has its origin in the Lac Launay. It flows in a predominantly easterly direction and flows finally 25 km north of La Tuque in the Rivière Saint- Maurice. The Rivière vermilion has a length of 160 km. The river drains an area of 2670 km ². 5 km above the mouth is the Barrage vermilion Deux.
