Veronika Windisch

Veronika Windisch ( born April 9, 1982 in Graz, Styria ) is the most successful Austrian Shorttrackerin.

Career

Brought by her brother Philipp early to the sport, Windisch launched in January 1999 for the first time at a major international event, the Junior World Championships in Montreal. Here she managed more than 1500 meters of the semi-finals where they nearly eliminated but considered third parties. As the youngest participant of the starter at the European Championships of the year, she reached the quarter-finals over 1000 meters.
