Victor Caballero

Victor Caballero ( born August 26, 1960) is a former Paraguayan tennis player.

Life

Caballero represented his country in the Davis Cup in 1983. In the game of the World Group Paraguay won against the stronger assessed Czechoslovaks who had competed with Ivan Lendl and Tomáš Šmíd. Caballero played in the last individual, after the victory of Paraguay had already been decided and lost against Jaroslav Navratil clear. This was his only appearance in the Davis Cup.

1988 Caballero went to the Olympic Summer Games in 1988 in singles and doubles for Paraguay. In two games, he left in the first round; in single against the Indians Zeeshan Ali, as well as on the side of Hugo Chapacú against the double pairing of Zimbabwe.
